LIVE

  • 52,400 ... residents live in DTLA, an increase of 6 percent since 2011.
  • 56% ... live and work in downtown.
  • 30,600 ... residential units are in the neighborhood, a 15 percent increase since 2011.
  • 71% ... of DTLA residents rent.
  • 75% ... of residents are between the ages of 23 and 44.
  • 34 ... is the median age.
  • 11% ... are under the age of 18.
  • 53% ... are female.
  • 52% ... are single/unmarried.
