In light of CBS’ bizarre new dress regulations, most starlets debuted a more demure look on the Grammys red carpet this year. Beyonce

Beyonce took a big risk with a graphic black and white Osman jumpsuit - a stark departure from her over the top Super Bowl performance look. She kept her hair slicked back and makeup simple with a pop of red lip color. Fans might have been hoping for an outfit of Sasha Fierce-level drama, but the diva may just be tired from BeyonceBowl.

Kaley Cuoco

The Big Bang Theory’s Kaley Cuoco looked edgy-chic in leather pants and an Amen black tuxedo jacket. The jacket’s gold sequin detailing added a little glam to her rocker look. Though the Grammys may not be the actress’s night, she certainly made an impact.

Janelle Monae

Janelle Monae rocked a ringmaster look with boot-cut pants – an unexpected silhouette, considering the skinny pants domination of the past five years. Decked out in a vest, tie and Moschino jacket with dramatic tails, Monae looked ready to tame a lion on the red carpet.

Jeannie Mai

As the host of Style network’s makeover show “How Do I Look?” Jeannie Mai is no stranger to good fashion. She sported understated black pants with statement-making jewelry and a silver blazer on Sunday’s red carpet. It might have been too subtle for the Grammys, but like her fellow pants-wearing attendees, Mai offered a refreshing take on red carpet wear.
