Toronto's mayor Rob Ford seemed to forget the need to not always speak your mind last week. The public was shocked when he admitted  to smoking crack-cocaine last Tuesday, but the mayor didn't stop there. On Thursday the mayor used graphic language while denying a female employee's allegation that he sought to perform oral sex . The Toronto City Council voted 39-3 to strip Ford of some of his executive privileges, including the ability to govern in case of an emergency.
