Move over, Maru, Grumpy Cat and Keyboard Cat! There's a new feline in town! Snoopybabe has been taking over the internet with his unimaginable amount of cuteness. Based out of Chengdu in China's Sichuan Province, the half American short-hair and half Persian crossbreed has been capturing the hearts of hundreds of thousands of internet users all over the world with his short snout, flat face and immensely adorable big brown eyes. He has over 275,000 followers on Weibo, China's version of Twitter, and 190,000 on Instagram.

His owner Miss Ning said that his best strength is his "pie face." In an interview with Chinese website, A Pet Guide, that his innocent look comes from his droopy eyes. She has been surprised by the unprecedented reaction to her pet and did not expect a lot of people to comment on her pictures or to share them with others.

Snoopybabe's popularity is a threat to already established superstar mousers like Japan's Maru or America's Tardar Sauce, better known as Grumpy Cat. Maru has been hailed as the internet's most famous feline and videos of her on the internet have been seen millions of times. Grumpy Cat has been so famous that she was picked to be a "spokescat" for the popular cat food brand "Friskies." They, along with Snoopybabe, are just three of the many cats that have dominated internet trends and memes.
