Sometimes, we're in the mood for comedy movies. Sometimes, it's rom-coms. Other times, we're craving a crime movie. 

If a crime movie sounds good to you right now and you (or someone you know) have a Netflix account, here's some ideas.

"Fresh"

Sean Nelson plays a 12-year-old boy named Fresh who runs drugs for local dealers to support himself and his sister. The situation becomes dangerous when he witnesses something he shouldn’t have and he plans to bring down the dealers.

"Reservoir Dogs"

"Reservoir Dogs" is a Quentin Tarantino film that shows the events of before and after a botched diamond heist.

"King of New York"

After spending a long time behind bars, drug dealer Frank White, played by Christopher Walken, plans to rebuild his empire and rise back to the top. 

"Coastlines"

An ex-con returns to his hometown to collect on cash owed to him by a crime boss while also becoming involved with his the local sheriff/his best friend’s wife. 

"Fallen Angels"

A disillusioned Hong Kong killer tries to get out of the game and simultaneously suppress his feelings for his partner in crime. 

"Hard Boiled Sweets"

Top-dog London Mobster, Jimmy the Gent, has several people plotting to steal the briefcase full of cash belonging to him on the East Coast resort of Southend-on-Sea.

"American Me"

Edward James Olmos directs and stars in a fictionalized account of the rise of the Mexican Mafia in the California prison system. 

"Cocaine Cowboys"

"Cocaine Cowboys" is a documentary exploring the rise of Cocaine in Miami, Florida, from the 1970s-1980s. 

"Traffic"

In "Traffic," a judge appointed to lead the war against drugs in America discovers that his teenage daughter is an addict.
