On Saturday, members of the Russian parliament gave two thumbs up to Vensuela after its offer of asylym for Snowden's. Snowden, who has been at Moscow's Sheremetyevo airport for the past 13 days, may soon review his offers for asylum in hopes to settle outside of Moscow's airport.

Other countries have also offered Snowden asylum according to CNN Bolivia's President Evo Morales said Bolivia is "willing to give asylum" to Snowden too while Nicaraguan President Daniel Ortega stated he'd grant Snowden asylum in his country if the "circumstances permit."

There is no information on Snowden's response to these potential asylum locations while the U.S. continues to persuade Moscow and other involved countries to arrest the whistleblower immediately.

Snowden is facing espionage charges for releasing government documents and surveillance information. He has applied for asylum in 20 other countries of which France and Italy denied his request.
