Heatwave And Thunderstorms In Eastern U.S. Leave 13 Dead, Millions Without Power

Fallen trees and power lines have left millions to grapple with withering temperatures on their own. Utility crews are scrambling to fix the damage but some areas may be without power for another week. As the eastern United States cleans up after a weekend of severe weather, many are left vulnerable to the dangerous heat. And in New York, a labor dispute further strains the power grid.
