Robert Plant Allegedly Turned Down $800 Million For A Led Zeppelin Reunion

According to The Daily Mirror, Robert Plant has turned down a contract for a Led Zeppelin reuinion tour that would have earned the band members a record $800 million.

The deal, which would have been the most lucrative for any artist in the history of live music, was bankrolled by Virgin founder Richard Branson, one of the band's richest fans. Plant's publicist has since called the report "rubbish." According to the Mirror, the tour would have consisted of 35 concerts spanning Berlin, London, and New Jersey.
