Beyonce Announces Platinum Version Of Her Secret Album
Rumors of a "Beyonce: Volume 2" album began swirling over the weekend after a "release confirmation" from Columbia Records was leaked. It turns out that there won't be an entirely new album, but the singer is releasing a platinum set that will include a slew of equally amazing goodies.

Billboard confirmed on Tuesday morning that the "Beyoncé Platinum Box Set" will feature six new songs. Four of which are remixes of her popular "Beyonce" tunes and two of which have never been heard.
Here's the new track list:
1. "7/11"
2. "Ring Off"
3. "Flawless Remix" ft. Nicki Minaj
4. "Drunk in Love Remix" ft. Jay Z and Kanye West
5. "Blow Remix" ft. Pharrell Williams
6. "Standing on the Sun Remix" ft. Mr. Vegas
Additionally, the box will include the original "Beyonce" album, a DVD with all 17 music videos from that album, the official 2015 Beyonce mini calendar and a DVD of 10 live performances from the HBO miniseries "Beyonce X10."
According to Beyonce's Parkwood Entertainment and Columbia Records, the set will be available for sale on Nov. 24.
As of now, no prices have been released but after the star's secret album went platinum in a matter of weeks, it's no secret that fans are willing to dole out the dough for Queen Bey.
So is it worth it?
Well the platinum set will ultimately be a compilation of things that have already been released, which makes it a bit frustrating for fans that purchased "Beyonce" last winter and probably got an HBO subscription just to watch her miniseries during the summer.
However, the box itself will definitely be a keepsake and since it's Beyonce, we can almost guarantee that the new calendar and songs will make it a worthwhile buy.

Beyonce is also pretty reasonable when it comes to her fans, seeing as she openly shows them gratitude for her success, so we don't predict that this box set will exceed $40.
But hey, if you can't afford the album, she is dropping it conveniently close to the holidays, and at least now you know what needs to be added to your wish list.
