Man Detained After Jumping White House Fence

A man is in custody tonight after jumping the White House fence, according to CNN.

The man made it briefly onto the White House lawn before being taken down by a K-9 and apprehended by Secret Service.

The breach comes after another man, Omar Gonzalez, jumped the White House fence in September, making it all the way to the White House Green Room with a knife before being stopped. 

Secret Service Director Julie Pierson was forced to resign after the incident.
