In the video, titled "Lend Me Your Ears", Cantile says that the U.K. government will have to pay for him to be relased and believes the government should "negotiate" with ISIL.

"I'm going to show you the truth as the western media tries to drag the public back to the abyss of another war with the Islamic State," he said.
