Britain Votes To Join US Air Strikes In Iraq

In a vote of 524-to-43, the British Parliment voted to begin their own air strikes on Islamic militant forces in Iraq.

The vote only recently passed on Friday, despite Britain's summer-long support of U.S. military attacks on ISIS.

Prime Minister David Cameron also co-authored a letter with President Barack Obama imploring the U.N. to use all available means to combat terrorism.

Britian voted against military air strikes against Syria for chemical warfare in 2013, and has not yet agreed to air strikes on Syria this year.
