Internet misogynists on the anonymous bulletin board 4chan have threatened to release naked photos of Watson to punish her for being a "feminist bitch," as one commentor eloquently stated. 

In an even more aggressive move, someone set up a coundown website called EmmaYouAreNext.com, warning that this will be the "biggest to come thus far."

Watson spoke at the launch of the UN's HeForShe campaign for gender equality on Saturday, where she invited men to join in on the discussion on gender equality by reminding them that they too, have a right and a responsibility to participate in that discourse. She joins several famous women, namely Charlize Theron and Reece Witherspoon, who have used their celebrity status to bring attention to issues surrounding women and gender inequality.
