The suspect in the Passover Eve killings of three people at two Jewish community facilities in Kansas has a long history of racism and anti-Semitism, according to the Chicago Tribune.

Frazier Glenn Cross, 73, faces charges of premeditated murder and is scheduled for a court appearance Monday afternoon. He was arrested on Sunday after a shooting spree that killed a 14-year-old boy, the boy's grandfather, and a third victim at Jewish centers in Overland Park, Kansas.

The groups added that Cross was also involved in creating an armed paramilitary organization in North Carolina 20 years ago.
