Obama's State Of The Union Grazes Over NSA Debacle

The speech came just one day after NBC News exposed the revelation -- via documents that Edward Snowden provided to journalist Glenn Greenwald -- that U.S. and British spies were able to monitor and analyze YouTube's user data.
According to the news network, neither Facebook nor Google were aware of the government's ability to access the data.
President Obama did make one quick statement about the NSA.
"Working with this Congress, I will reform our surveillance programs," he said, "because the vital work of our intelligence community depends on public confidence, here and abroad, that the privacy of ordinary people is not being violated."
Still, officials have yet to announce the exact nature of the reform.
