With Halloween right around the corner, Neon Tommy decided to get in on this month’s festivities. After a long week at school, what better way to unwind than at "Universal CityWalk’s Blood Thirsty Thursday Pre-Party" at the Hard Rock Café? Before heading into Halloween Horror Nights, we stopped by the restaurant to enjoy their college happy hour, music, and front-of-line giveaways from 5 to 8 p.m.

The "Blood Thirsty Thursday" event is apart of Universal Studios exclusive Halloween college special. On Thursday Oct. 24th and 31st, students save $30 on Halloween Horror Nights and are invited to enjoy Hard Rock's Happy Horror Hour pre-party menu.
