Actor Zac Efron, 23, completed a stint in rehab last April and is now "healthy, happy and not drinking," according to sources. Efron's name has been added to the list of former Disney stars who have checked in.

Demi Lovato

She played the role of aspiring singer Mitchie Torres in Disney's "Camp Rock." The actress then checked herself into rehab, admitting to suffering from bulimia, self-injury, and abusing drugs and alcohol. Post rehab, Lovato has continued her singing career and even worked as a judge on FOX's "X Factor."

Lindsay Lohan

Years after starring in Disney's "Parent Trap," Lohan spiraled into a series of court appearances and trips to rehab. Dealing with drugs and alcohol since 2007, the star just completed a 90-day stint in rehab and is already back to work.

Britney Spears

After performing as a member of the Mickey Mouse Club, Spears launched a successful singing career. Back in 2007, the 31-year-old suffered a breakdown and checked herself into a drug rehabilitation center. Since then, she is back in the studio and just confirmed a two-year Las Vegas residency.
