Every Monday through Friday, we run down the day's must-know entertainment stories. Today's shortlist:

The full tracklisting for "The Hunger Games: Catching Fire" is out, and it includes original tunes from Coldplay ("Atlas," below), Christina Aguilera, The Lumineers, The Weeknd, Of Monsters and Men, Phantogram, The National, and of course, the girl of the hour, Lorde. Damn, they're putting together this soundtrack the way they've been casting their movies. (EW)

Speaking of "The Hunger Games," leading lady Jennifer Lawrence is teaming up again with the film's first director, Gary Ross, on a new film adaptation of John Steinbeck's American classic, "East of Eden." The new film will focus on the first half of the novel; the earlier James Dean-starring film focused on the second half. (Variety)

Want to feel awesome? Yeah you do -- so here's a video of Jimmy Fallon and The Roots covering the "Sesame Street" theme song. (Deadline)

Aaand more supernaturals on TV! CBS is developing a drama around Anne Rice's (she of "Interview with the Vampire") "The Songs of the Seraphim" novels, which are about not vampires, but angels. Ooo, originality. (Vulture)

Kurt Russell was rumored to be cast in the new "Fast and Furious 7" movie, but it's since been confirmed from on-set photos taken by none other than franchise star Vin Diesel himself. (The A.V. Club)
