Gunman Killed In Shootout With LAPD In Pacoima

A gunman was killed in a shootout with Los Angeles police officers on Sunday afternoon. LAPD responded to a report of a man that was firing bullets randomly on the streets of Pacoima on Sunday afternoon.

Law enforcement arrived at Glenoaks Boulevard and Van Nuys Boulevard at around 12:20 p.m.

The man reportedly shot at five LAPD officers. None of the injuries are life-threatening however, according to the acting watch commander at the LAPD's Foothill Division. 

Other details, such as the name of the gunman or the watch commander, have yet to be revealed.
