Gil Freston, a USC alumnus, sat down with Neon Tommy to discuss his first documentary feature "Paladar." The film, which screened at the Tribeca Film Institute to a packed audience, follows two USC students (Alex Chang and Robert Kronfli) who opened an illegal restaurant in their living room. The documentary captures the stressful yet exciting challenge of running a new business while trying to hide the supper club operation from authorities.
