Philadelphia Police say that there are three victims hospitalized because of a shooting that occurred at Overbrook High School's football field on Thursday afternoon.

Two of the victims were teenage boys. A 17-year-old student at the high school is being treated at Lankenau Medical Center for gunshot wounds to his chest and forearm. He is currently in critical condition after being shot multiple times. The other, a 16-year-old, is in stable condition at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania after he was shot in the buttocks.

A third 21-year-old victim was spotted in a car with gunshot wound to the back. Yet, witnesses stated to police that the man was one of the shooters. He was taken to a local hospital, and is in police custody.

Authorities say that the shooting took place just before 4:00 p.m. and that it was caused by an argument. A couple of suspects are currently being questioned by Philadelphia Police as the investigation ensues.
