Former California Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger launched the Schwarzenegger Institute for State and Global Policy at USC on Monday.

The new think tank kicked off with a panel discussion featuring Sen. John McCain, R-Ariz., former Florida Gov. Charlie Crist, former U.S. Senate Majority Leader Tom Daschle, former New Mexico Gov. Bill Richardson and former Pennsylvania Gov. Tom Ridge. The new institute is affiliated with USC's Sol Price School of Public Policy and was made possible by a $20 million pledge from Schwarzenegger.
