Yesterday, the Dior Spring 2012 show began with the models walking down a beautiful staircase towards the attendees of Paris Fashion Week. The ultimate trend of this new Spring collection was see-through pieces. Models were completely done up in flowing chiffon, organza, gauze and the occasional tough-girl leather. Dresses were cinched at the waist, at tea and floor lengths. The models also sported 1920’s-inspired bobs and romantic shade of plum on their nails.

"It was the complete opposite to John Galliano-fantasy. It was very wearable," said a UK editor who was at the show.
