Libyan forces' attacked with banned weapons such as cluster bombs and ground-to-ground rockets on Friday could force NATO to apply more measure on those pro-Gaddafi fighters.

Great Britain and France have pushed all week for NATO to become more consistent and targeted with airstrikes to counterattack the "indiscriminate" shooting from Gaddafi forces.

"The dangers were evident beside one of the impact craters on Friday, where eight people had been killed while standing in a bread line," the N.Y. Times reported. "Where a crowd had assembled for food, bits of human flesh had been blasted against a cinder block wall."

World leaders repeated in an op-ed published across the world that "Gaddafi must go," yet none of them seem to have any ideas to make it happen.

Discussions between NATO and the E.U. could lead to an expanded role in Libya.

Meanwhile, the weekly Friday protests raged across Bahrain, Syria and Yemen .
