The first meeting of the international "contact group" for Libya.

And the upcoming anniversary of the Mavi Marmara, a Turkish aid flotilla that was raided by the Israeli Navy while on its way to Gaza. Nine people aboard the flotilla were killed by the Israeli Navy during the incident.
