Cleveland's Response To LeBron's "Rise" Commercial Is Annoying, Unimaginative

There have been many spoofs of LeBron James' "Rise" commercial, but this one, created by a group of mopey Clevelanders, is by far the worst.

I can't think of a more inane, unimaginative waste of time than the video featured below.

Look, I sided with Cleveland when LeBron left. Everyone did. The city had its heart ripped out and lost millions of dollars in revenue. How could you not sympathize with Cavs fans?

Now though? Now it's just annoying; this commercial especially.

Somebody needs to tell Clevelanders that spoofs are supposed to be funny and satirical -- witness, Michelle Beadle's hilarious SportsNation spinoff and the "Rise" reference on "South Park" -- not depressing and analytical.

Anyone with even a pinky's worth of creativity could have come up with a better concept than a bunch of bleary-eyed fans answering questions that were meant to be rhetorical. What should you do? Come back to Cleveland and make us whole again, dammit. That's not what satire is supposed to be about.

Guys, I know you're hurting, but please just quit while you're ahead.

This whole woe is me act is wearing awfully thin.

Video below.
