Reality stars Khloe Kardashian and Scott Disck only furthered proved that celebrities can look good in any circumstance when Kardashian posted a picture on her instagram account of the pair's mugshots.
The side by side mugshots looked more like candid photos of friends than serious portraits of criminals.
Not surprisingly, Kardashian and Disick aren't alone in having chic police pictures. While many celebrities have less than flattering mugshots, an astounding number actually managed to pull off headshot worthy photos after being arrested.

1. Actress Jane Fonda was arrested in Cleveland in 1970 after assaulting a police officer. Fonda, then 32, was stopped in an airport by U.S. Customs agents for carrying copious amounts of pills and fought police during her capture. She was booked for federal drug smuggling, but the charges against the activist were later thrown out. Nevertheless, Fonda looked fierce as she put up her fist in protest while taking her police photo. |

2. Actor Christian Slater was arrested at New York's John F. Kennedy International Airport in 1994 for carrying a firearm through the airport. He was charged with criminal possession of a weapon, but later accepted a plea bargain that included spending three days volunteering with homeless children. Slater, then 25, rocked a varsity jacket and a slight smirk as he posed for his mugshot. |

3. Blonde bombshell Suzanne Somers was arrested in San Francisco in 1970 after being charged for using illegitimate checks. Somers, then 23, dodged prosecution by paying back all the money she owed. The "Three's Company" actress looked surprisingly stunning in her police close up. |

4. Former NFL player Deion Sanders was arrested in Florida during 1996 for trespassing on a lake owned by the Southwest Florida International Airport. The Dallas Cowboys alum ignored "no trespassing" and "no fishing" signs and went fishing on the lake. Sanders, who was 28 at the time, gave a big smile for this cheery mugshot. |

5. Hotel heir Paris Hilton was arrested in Los Angeles in 2007 after violating the terms of her probation. Hilton plead no contest to a reckless driving charge a couple months earlier and consequently had her license suspended. At the time of this arrest, Hilton was stopped while driving with the invalid icense. She went to jail for 45 days following the second arrest. Hilton, then 26, looked like she came straight from the hair and make up chair in this photo. |

6. Hugh Grant was arrested in Hollywood in 1995 for soliciting sex from a prostitute. The English actor was caught in the act with call girl Divine Brown and later plead guilty to a misdemeanor lewd conduct charge. Grant, 34 at the time, was clearly embarrassed, but looked rather well groomed for someone caught in such a compromising situation. |

7. "Gossip Girl" heartthrob Chace Crawford was arrested in 2010 by Texas police and charged with marijuana possession. The actor was caught with less than two ounces of the drug on his persons. However even after getting arrested, Crawford managed to give a "smize" that Tyra Banks would be proud of in his sultry mugshot. |
