Bieber's done it again! Making headlines like it's nobody's business, he's proving to fit into his "bad boy" reputation.

Justin Bieber has been arrested for alleged DUI and drag racing early this morning, Jan. 23, according to TMZ.

The police stopped the bad-boy teen pop singer, 19, for drag racing in a residential neighborhood after leaving a nightclub. He was then given a field sobriety test and failed. Bieber was in a rented Lamborghini, according to NBC. Photos of the car were later posted to Twitter.

Tests also showed that he was under the influence of drugs. According the Miami Herald, Bieber was incoherent and resisted arrest without violence. The "Somebody to Love" singer also admitted to taking prescription antidepressants, smoking marijuana "all day," and had a beer earlier that night.

In the report, the Police Chief said, "I immediately smelled an odor of alcohol emanating from driver's breath and bloodshot eyes." When asked to step out of the car, Bieber responded, "Why the f*ck are you doing this?"

After the arrest, Bieber was taken to Miami-Dade Jail with friend and singer Khalil Sharief, who was also charged with DUI. Both of the singers were fingerprinted and had their mug shots taken, according to E! News.

A source also stated that Bieber's advisers have been encouraging the singer to go to rehab, but he won't listen to them.

Bieber posed for a smiley mug shot while sporting a jail-issued orange jumpsuit as if he doesn't have a care in the world.

As if this arrest isn't enough for his stay in Miami, Bieber also made headlines for partying at the King of Diamonds strip club. Whatever happened to the baby-faced "One Time" and "One Less Lonely Girl" singer? Perhaps fame is getting the best of him. It seems that the singer is out of control, and it doesn't look like his friends are the best influences in the world.

Justin Bieber has certainly fallen from grace as he continues to make scandalous headlines. As he joins the likes of Paris Hilton and Lindsay Lohan, it's only a matter of time before the singer takes a jump off the deep end or climbs back out of the hole he's in.
