Before the announcement, Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg dished advice at the San Francisco TechCrunch Disrupt conference on Wednesday with valuable advice on how to approach the IPO process.

“You have to know everything about your company. You’ve got to stay focused on doing the right stuff," Zuckerberg said.
