President Obama will speak about the economy on Friday, three days after getting re-elected, according to CNN.

Obama will outline his plan to tackle the country's financial crisis ("the "fiscal cliff").

The White House schedule said that the president's statement will hit on "the action we need to take to keep our economy growing and reduce our deficit."
