Herman Cain can’t catch a break. Sharon Bialek spoke at a news conference Monday morning with her lawyer Gloria Allred, accusing the presidential candidate of engaging in sexually inappropriate behavior with her in 1997.

After being let go from the National Restaurant Association’s Educational Foundation, Bialek asked to meet up with Cain for coffee in hopes that he could help her with her job search.  The two dined at an Italian restaurant. After dinner, Bialek claims that Cain put his hand under her skirt, reached for her genitals, and pusher her head towards his crotch. She backed away and told Cain to stop. Cain did, but only after asking her “You want a job, right?”

"I want you to come clean, Mr. Cain," Bialek said in a New York City press conference this morning.  Her attorney Gloria Allred, who is known for representing women who have had legal issues with the wealthy and powerful, stood at her side.

Bialek does not plan to sell her story or file a lawsuit against Cain.
