The ever present “Obamacare” discussion was brought up yet again during Wednesday night’s CNBC “Your Money, Your Vote” Republican debate.  All of the candidates said they would repeal the controversial health care reform legislation, but moderators John Harwood and Maria Bartiromo wanted to know what the candidates would replace the legislation with.

John Huntsman, Mitt Romney, Ron Paul and Rick Santorum all seemed to be on similar pages.  Each candidate suggested a system utilizing health care savings accounts.  Not surprisingly, Paul said there was too much government involvement with the medical system, but he didn’t place all the blame on the president.

“It’s a bipartisan mess and it’s been there a long time,” Paul acknowledged.

Romney has previously come under fire on health care reform because he enacted legislation some say is similar to the president’s plan while governor of Massachusetts. Romney said he wanted to return the responsibility for caring for the uninsured back to the states.

Former-House Speaker Newt Gingrich said he wanted to “fix our health rather than fix our health care bureaucracy.”
