A female shopper who allegedly pepper-sprayed Wal-Mart shoppers Thursday night during the store’s Black Friday sale surrendered to police Saturday morning.

The woman’s identity was not released but police told the Associated Press the shopper could face battery charges after causing harm to more than 20 shoppers, including children.

The incident occurred at a Wal-Mart in Porter Ranch, Calif. as the shopper tried to get an Xbox system on sale. Police believe she used the pepper spray in order to obtain the limited supply deal.

Wal-Mart described the event as “an unfortunate situation. We’re glad everyone seems to be OK.”
