Brad Pitt Opens Up About Jen Aniston Marriage

Pitt spent his early movie-making days in a funk.
“I spent the ‘90s trying to hide out, trying to duck the full celebrity cacophony. I started to get sick of myself sitting on a couch, holding a joint, hiding out. It started feeling pathetic,” he told Parade.
The “Moneyball” (out Sept. 23) actor spills why he thinks life in the ‘90s was not so great.
“I think that my marriage had something to do with it. Trying to pretend the marriage was something that it wasn’t," said Pitt about his five-year marriage to actress Jennifer Aniston, who is now in a relationship with actor Justin Theroux.
Now, Pitt, who spends his time globetrotting for philanthropic causes with longtime lover Angelina Jolie and parenting their six kids, is happy with his life.
“I’m satisfied with making true choices and finding the woman I love, Angie, and building a family that I love so much,” said the actor.
