New Housing Project To Revive Historic South Los Angeles Neighborhood

Councilwoman Jan Perry and Coalition Responsible Community Development organization are joining together to rebuild the historic 28th Street District in South Los Angeles. 

The new housing project will revive a dream by USC-alum and architect Paul Williams for the African American community.
