Annenberg Radio News host Pete Griffin spoke to South Los Angeles community organizer Alberto Retana. He was recently appointed by the Obama administration to head community outreach for the U.S. Department of Education. Retana said his grass roots work in South L.A. will dovetail with Obama's emphasis on a bottom-up approach to solving problems.
