The release of 200 "high risk" prisoners between 2003 and 2009 has drawn ire, as has the incarceration of an 89-year-old man and 14-year-old boy. The leaked documents provide a wealth of information about al Qaeda on and after 9/11, as well as about 150 inmates who were wrongly imprisoned.
