Millions of Americans have been forced to alter their Fourth of July plans after Friday's storm hit states from the Midwest to the mid-Atlantic.  Dry weather has also caused some states to encourage their residents to avoid setting off fireworks, for fear of fire.  Many, as the Associated Press suggests, are taking in America's birthday like the Founding Fathers did.
