It's the penultimate episode of Sports SCene. Don't worry: We have our tissue boxes ready. But in the meantime, USC's spring sports hit their postseason stride this week. It's a lot to keep track of, but that's what we're here for.

USC Women's Tennis is taking a trip down to sunny Ojai this week for the Pac-12 Tournament, and we caught up with the team before they set off. Meanwhile, the baseball team jaunts up to the rainy Northwest this week to take on Oregon State. The 10th-ranked Trojans are two games above the Beavers in the Pac-12 standings, but Oregon State will be a tough nut to crack at home. With the Trojans needing to keep pace with UCLA for conference supremacy, we break down how USC can dry out the Beavers.

In a postseason edition of "Lighting the Torch," Ani Ucar does a dash through the rest of USC Sports heading into the final stretches of their seasons. Can Men's Volleyball use a strong MPSF Tourney to make the NCAAs? Can Women's Golf shake off a slow start in the Pac-12 Tournament? What about Women's Water Polo, which heads to the desert (Tempe) this week for the MPSFs? And don't forget Men's Tennis, a juggernaut with five of the last six national titles in their sport.

And we have pro sports too. Unless you've been living under a rock or in Westwood, you know that the NBA Playoffs are here. USC's hoops squad has been underwhelming to say the least in recent years, but a trio of former Trojans are playing NBA playoff basketball as you read this. Two of them are facing each other in the Eastern Conference, and we have a quick update on all three.

Finally, we take a moment to celebrate achievement. Like USC Women's Tennis, who celebrated their perfect Pac-12 season a little too hard. Tune in to find out why. Meanwhile, Sports SCene's Beverly Pham and Natalie Kalibat were at the Tommy Awards last week, which dole out accolades among all the sports at USC. Who laughed? Who cried? Who made an awkward speech? Reward yourself, and check out that and the rest of this week's episode.
