French Manhunt For Charlie Hebdo Attackers Continues Into The Night

French authorities were still combing the forested northern French Picardy region late Thursday for the two men suspected in Wednesday's attack on a magazine staff in Paris.

Brothers Cherif Kouachi, 32, and Said Kouachi, 34, are believed to be the gunmen responsible for the attack on the French satirical magazine Charlie Hebdo that left 12 dead and 11 wounded, according to CNN. 

The attack was reportedly to avenge the Prophet Mohammed, said the Paris Prosecutor. Charlie Hebdo has published cartoons that included satirical depictions of the Muslim prophet.
