The FBI is investigating whether the homemade bomb that exploded outside a Colorado NAACP chapter on Tuesday was a targeted attack. 

No one was hurt by the detonation, and the building sustained minimal damage.

El Paso County police issued a statement describing the suspect as a balding white male in his 40s, driving an early 2000's white pickup truck.

Founded in 1909, the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP) is one of the oldest civil liberty organizations in the country.
