Workers Trapped In Scaffolding At World Trade Center Building

Emergency crews are attempting to rescue two workers dangling from the One World Trade Center building in N.Y.C.

The workers are trapped in a window-washing scaffold at the 69th floor, hanging by a single cable after one on the other side snapped.

They remain tethered and uninjured inside the scaffold as authorities discuss possible rescue actions.
