Was Putin Eager To Leave G20 After Criticisms From World Leaders?

As the G20 Summit came to a close in Australia, popular media reports exaggerated that Putin left the Summit early after series of criticisms and pressures from fellow world leaders. Instead, he left towards the end of the summit, after attending a final lunch session where, according to Putin, "constructive" discussions were held.

Nonetheless, Putin was severely critiqued by international leaders for Russian military presence in Ukraine as well as Russian responses to the downing of Malaysian Airlines MH17.
