An Ohio woman is suing a sperm bank for inseminating her with the wrong sperm, whose donor is of a different race than she specified.

Jennifer Cramblett and her partner Amanda Zinkon’s daughter is two years old. Although they love their daughter, they feel the sperm bank should be held accountable, according to CNN

The mix-up is believed to be because of a record-keeping issue. CNN reported that the bank’s information is kept manually, not electronically.

There is no computer database, but use ink and paper instead.

No one at the sperm bank, including its attorney, commented.
