Turkey To Open Its Bases For US Forces Against ISIS

Ongoing fight between Kurdish fighters and the Islamic State at the Syrian-Turkish border town of Kobani has prompted the Turkish government to allow US and coalition forces to use its bases.

In addition to opening its bases, Turkish government has also agreed to allow US and coalition forces to launch fighter aircrafts from Turkish bases in an effort to conduct airstrike operations against ISIS militants.
