Shots Fired In Canada's Parliament Hill

Parliament Hill in the Canadian capital Ottawa is currently on lockdown after two reported shootings. 

A gunman witnesses describe as dressed with a scarf around his face and carrying a rifle opened fire at the city's National War Memorial where a soldier was wounded. The attacker then moved to a hotel in Parliament Hill, fired shots, and wounded a security guard before he was shot by Parliament's sergeant-at-arms.
