President Obama Appoints Ebola Czar
On Friday Oct. 17, President Barack Obama tapped Ron Klain, former Chief of Staff to Al Gore and Joe Biden, to head the U.S. Ebola response.
Klain's official title is "Ebola Response Coordinator." The appointment follows a flurry of coverage of two Texan nurses who contracted Ebola, one of whom flew to Ohio before being diagnosed.
