After disappearing from North Korean state media since Sept. 3, sources say that Kim Jong Un has injured his leg and needs about 100 days to recover. The North Korean leader injured his leg while taking part in military drills. One source said, "They were crawling and running and rolling around, and he pulled a tendon.”

The source said that although Kim needs some time to recover, he is still in complete control of his country. Kim is expected to attend the 69th anniversary of the founding of North Korea’s Workers Party on Friday.
