Kesha Is Suing Producer Dr. Luke For Sexual Assault And Battery
Gottwald, who is known for working with artists like P!nk, Avril Lavigne, and Katy Perry, allegedly began making sexual advances towards Kesha when she first signed with his record label in 2005 and also forced her to take drugs and alcohol.
This treatment, according to the "Die Young" singer and her mother Pebe Sebert, was the reason she entered rehab for an eating disorder earlier this year.
Gottwald responded by filing a lawsuit against Kesha for defamation and breach of contract on the same day that Kesha filed hers.
