Egyptian Bombing Attack Kills 26
An explosion at a Egyptian military checkpoint in the Sinai Peninsula near the Gaza Strip on Friday killed 26 soldiers and injured others.

It's considered the most violent attack in Egypt since President Mohammed Morsi of the Muslim Brotherhood was overthrown last year. He was replaced with former military general Abdel Fattah al-Sisi.
Egyptian officials are uncertain whether the explosion was caused by a suicide bomber or airborne mortar rounds and grenades.
